Hi.
SEAS offers a Master's (S.M.) in Data Science, jointly run by its Computer Science and Statistics faculties.
For doctoral students enrolled in other fields, SEAS (via the Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, or GSAS) allows a Secondary Field in Data Science — essentially a “minor/concentration” alongside your main PhD subject.

Hi.
For a full-time graduate degree via Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) in Data Science (or Computational Science & Engineering), admissions are offered for the Fall term only.
According to the GSAS admission guidelines: “All degree candidates are admitted for full-time study beginning in the fall term.”
So spring or summer start is not an option for entering a standard degree programme under Harvard GSAS / SEAS Data Science.

Hi.
It depends on which Data Science programme you mean — but for the main Data Science/related master's under Harvard GSAS, admission/entry is only for Fall.
For the standard master's programmes (e.g. Data Science or Computational Science) under Harvard's engineering-applied schools via GSAS, the application portal is open each year and admissions are for Fall term only.
You cannot apply for spring or summer entry for those master's Data Science/CSE programmes at Harvard.
However: at Harvard there is also a “Secondary Field in Data Science” option (for doctoral students in GSAS) — and that secondary-field application can be submit

While Purdue University does not specifically release acceptance rates for MEM courses, the overall acceptance rate of this university generally revolves around 50% for most of years.
This is surely quite a competitive acceptance and to get in, international students are required to meet the Purdue MEM admission eligibility. This includes a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, academic transcripts and English language proficiency.
