Yes, you can. You just need to apply for the migration certificate. And, you can get the certificate only when they get a proof that you have taken admission in some other college.

Yes, as you completed BA, you are a graduate student. So, you can give B.Ed exam and continue your study with B.Ed. It does't matter you completed your graduation from distance or regular learning.

Anyone who has completed 10+2 or its equivalent is eligible to take admission in BCA from IGNOU. There is no age limit for admission that means you can take admission at any age!
