If we look at the Iowa State University placement rate for 2021-22, then for BS graduates, it is 97%. In case, of the MS and M. Engineering graduates, the placement rate is 98%.

Yes, being an international student, you can work on-campus. However, to work on-campus, you need to maintain F-1 status, not work more than 20 hours while the school is in session, and not displace a U.S. resident. Note that you may be employed full-time during holidays and vacation periods, if you are eligible and want to register for the next school term.
