Yes, F-1 students at DePaul University Chicago can work part-time. However, they are limited to work up to 20 hours per week during the academic year. This 20-hour work limit includes all positions, including Graduate Assistantships and stipend positions. On-campus employment includes all on-campus jobs such as assistantships and fellowships.

It may be difficult for international students to get admission into the California Institute of the Arts because of its moderately high acceptance rate. CalArts acceptance rate is around 25%, which makes admission competitive. Applicants must havea  good academic profile and submit an online application by the deadline to be eligible for admission at the institute.
