A GPA of 3 on a 4-point scale is needed if you want in at New York University. With the things like GPA score, students must fulfill the basic eligibility including a UG degree from a recognised organisation or equivalent. Students must submit some required documents including college/university transcripts, LORs, resumes, video and timed writing reflection, and TOEFL/IELTS scores.

With a 9% acceptance rate, New York University is quite hard to get into. The low percentage shows that the university is quite strict while admitting students in MS programs. You must submit proof of performing well in academic, extracurricular activities, proof of English, along with proof of volunteering tasks.

An 85 TOEFL score is generally considered middle-of-the-road. For Cambridge College, the TOEFL requirement for international students is not stated as a specific minimum score on their website. They do require proof of English proficiency, though, and 85 would likely be a competitive score for many programs unless otherwise specified.
