Yes, an average Indian student can join Northwestern Michigan College. Northwestern Michigan College has a liberal admissions code. The majority of open admission institutions have low admission requirements, accepting any applicants as long as they fulfill the prerequisites. A high school diploma or its recognized equivalent is required of applicants. An average student can obtain the minimum 2.0 GPA requirement by being serious throughout the school year. Getting part-time jobs while studying at Northwestern Michigan College is manageable. International students are allowed to work for 20 hours per week during the regular semester and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks. Students need to notify the International Advisor and apply for the on-campus job opening with a resume and cover letters.
