Yes, if you're having around 65% in CBSE Class 12 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), then you're usually fine to apply for B.Tech at Lovely Professional University… but only if you actually satisfy the exact subject conditions for that particular program. Most of the time LPU asks for Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, and also for the required aggregate percentage. Additionally, you can take LPUNEST, so you get a chance for scholarships and fee concessions. So, from the marks you shared, you should generally be eligible for admission into most B.Tech courses at LPU.

No, you cannot get admission below 60percent in PCM .You should have to be appear for reexam to score better in PCM.

Yes, The delhi technological University criteria for B.Tech include a minimum 60% in 12th.You meet that condition.But if you are looking for a admission in high competitive branches like CSE and IT, this score can't be always be promising.DTU admits students based mainly on JEE MAIN score.

You don't mention anything like college school and board as you mention the date it's specific all exam was organized well so know come on its any time and any date it's not possible because all exam was calculated on every day who was sitting and which center so it's not possible to any day you give your exam.
