I don't know much about GCET, but I'm doing B.Tech CSE at Galgotias University. From my experience, GU has many labs, practical courses, and Centres of Excellence where students can get hands-on learning. The university also focuses a lot on workshops, clubs, and extracurricular activities.

I think the AI & Data Science labs and the iOS Development Centre offer some of the best industry-level experience. Students get practical exposure through projects, workshops, and hands-on learning. But honestly, the more active you are, the more you can benefit from these opportunities

Based on recent admission trends the merit cutoff for the general category generally falls in the range of around 55 percent to 70 percent marks in Class 12, while reserved categories like SC/ST may get admission at slightly lower percentages often around 45 percent to 60 percent depending on seat availability and merit list rounds. However the exact cutoff changes every year so it is best to check the official CCSU merit lists for the current admission cycle.

If your CUET UG score is 219/1000 and you belong to the SC category, then:
For BHU main campus BA (Hons.), your chances are quite low based on recent admission trends. Many SC category BA cutoffs have been above this level after normalization, though they vary by subject.

University of Lucknow BA LLB degrees hold a massive edge over expensive choices at private colleges. The university enjoys an elite NAAC A+ rank, meaning your degree carries top-tier value across India. Private colleges usually charge massive tuition fees but lack this long academic history and research depth. Plus, graduating from this famous state university connects you to a massive network of old alumni who work across top courts.

University of Lucknow BA LLB graduates find much better job openings than students from local town colleges. The campus runs an active Central Placement Cell that invites big national banks and top-tier corporations for hiring. Small regional institutes rarely attract these premium recruiters to their campuses.

University of Lucknow BA LLB standard courses offer a total capacity of 160 seats for the new batch. The admissions cell gives out these spots purely based on entry test scores and merit. The university divides these seats according to official government reservation systems to keep selection fair.
