I have my friends at both institutes. Based on their experience I am writing this review of both the institute:- 

• Infrastructure: The campus is clean and there is no pending construction work whatsoever on the campus of Amity. The campus has a nice ambiance too. On the other hand, Sharda University is still construction going on the campus. 
• Placements: Both institutes, like every other institute, sometimes are visited by companies that are not that great and/or have students who are undeserving of the positions the companies are looking forward to offering. Amity has a 100% placement average. 
• Faculty: Both institutes have good faculties. 
• Location: Amity has a locational advantage as it is situated near Delhi and Noida. 
• Safety: Safety was an issue for Sharda University before but the administration is trying to make the campus safer.

Yes, Amity Business School provides better placements than NIILM center for management studies because the highest and average package offered are better in Amity Business School. The highest package of Amity Business School (ABS) is 12 LPA during 2022 and average package is 5.5 or 6.5 LPA. Whereas the highest package at NIILM center for management studies is 7 LPA and average package is 4.75 LPA. This all is possible because of the good network of Amity Business School (ABS) with corporate sector. Amity Business School provides best Industry ready training to their students. Whereas the NIILM center for management is somewhere back in this race. Overall, both Amity Business School and NIILM Centre for Management Studies may have their unique strengths and weaknesses, and what might be suitable for one person might not be the best choice for another.
