Candidate can take ECC at NIELIT Shillong if they meets the eligibility criteria of the academic merits and have passed 12th from any recognised board of secondary education. However, NIELIT Shillong accepts admission of 25 students per batch in ECC and other programmes.

Both Nielit Patna and Nielit Shillong provides quality educational courses to its students at very affordable cost. Nielit Patna promotes more than 10 courses in IT and software stream at affordable fees and give good placement. However, Nielit Shillong offers long-term, short-term certificate, and other courses to students across the Hardware, Networking & Maintenance, and various other streams. The qualities of Nielit centres vary, so considering course offerings, faculty, infrastructure and placement records. Therefore, both Nielit Patna and Nielit Shillong are goo options for ECC.

IMRT Lucknow placement process begins every year in the month of February. However, placements through PPOs and lateral process for students with work experience happen even a fortnight before the final placement drive. The IMRT Business School placement process is held in the following stages:
Stage 1: Interaction between company executives and students on-campus through corporate forums, guest lectures and live projects
Stage 2: Student profile details are shared with the respective companies
Stage 3: Pre-placement talks take place wherein students are informed about the roles offered

Summer Internship Programme is a mandatory part of curriculum for PGDM and MBA students at IMRT Business School. The duration of the Summer Internship Programme is for a period of 6-8 weeks. Students are selected for SIP after the first term for the first year students. Summer internships at IMRT Business School starts from April and goes on till mid of June.
