The admission is entrance-based at the institute. Aspirants are required to apply with a valid score of the course-specific accepted entrance examination in order to apply. It is the Law faculty under BHU. This Law school is one of the earliest departments established under BHU and offers UG, PG and doctoral level programmes such as BA LLB (Hons), LLB (Hons), LLM and PhD to the students.

GLA University offers a two-year MCA course. Admission to this course is entrance-based. Aspirants need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Students are selected based on a valid score of GLAET (90 minutes MCQ test), which is conducted by GLA University.

The tuition fee for a two-year course of MBA and MBA (Hons) at GLA University ranges from INR 4.5 Lacs to INR 5.4 lakh. Candidates also have to pay the other fees components such as admission fee, security deposit, etc.
