Aligarh Muslim University has a Department of Pharmacology, which offers an Advance Diploma in Pharmacy and Ph.D. in Pharmacology. AMU does not offer B.Pharma course. Candidates can get admission to Advance Diploma in Pharmacy (Unani) through the NEET entrance exam. The basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course is that the candidate should have completed Class 12 or Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent examination with Physics Chemistry Biology/ Mathematics from any recognised institute/ board.

Lucknow University BTech admission is based on a valid JEE Main score, followed by AKTU Counselling. Lucknow University also offers lateral entry to this course. BTech lateral entry admission is done on the basis of the UPSEE score. Candidates must have passed Class 12 (PCM) with a minimum of 45% - 60% aggregate from a recognised board in order to be eligible for BTech admission at Lucknow University.
