Electrical engineering is one of the best branches to study at AMU after all it is one of the oldest departments of country. You will get number of companies there for placement but all you have to do is to make sure that you fully utilize your four years at ZHCET. P. There is clear picture, as these two institutions have different assets. IMS is certainly better than AIIMSpatna because of the exposure you get here, Patients from all over North and East come here. AIIMS gets a way larger funds from the Center so you get Better infrastructure and Certainly you get a tag of AIIMS. If academics is considered I would say that both stand at the same place although IMS has much more experienced Faculty. So now it's your personal choice to do.
