Dear Manan, I am not aware of Llyod Law College and Amity University Noida for law programme but being alumni of LPU, I can tell you about the law programme at LPU. The School of Law is governed and regulated by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and its curriculum is also provided by BCI and in order to make students top-to-date and the latest trends in the field of law, the School of Law takes initiatives to modify the curriculum as and when the need arises. Students have undergone internships at various High Courts, law firms, law chambers, commissions, corporate houses and NGOs. The Alumni's are working as Judicial officers, Legal practitioners and Corporate advisors and Civil servants. In addition to this, MOOT court sessions are also provided to experience the scenario of courts. A Few of the Salient Features of programme are:
BCI Approved Curriculum: Curriculum is in accordance with Bar Council of India (BCI) norms. Workshops: Workshops/Seminars on computer applications and client interaction is an important aspect of the curriculum. Visits: Practical exposure through Moot Courts, District Court and Legal Aid Clinics visit. Professional Enhancement: In addition to core curricula, the course offers subjects like communication and soft skills to enhance personality and employability. Competitive Examinations: The curriculum is designed to facilitate students in preparing for various competitive examinations. Dear Shaurya, Both are good institutes but being alumni of LPU, I am sharing the details of the ECE at LPU as my friend did M.Tech in ECE there. LPU provides very good opportunities to all the students of the EEE/ECE department. There are some facts that you would also like about the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU. Placements: LPU has a good placement record for EEE/ECE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are BOSCH, Microsoft, Code Nation, Adobe, etc. In which students of EEE/ECE are placed. The highest package offered for the ECE programme at LPU is 31 LPA and the average package is 5.1 LPA. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Hands-on Practical: Students who study EEE/ECE from LPU get an opportunity to do practical work in their field more than theoretical as LPU has Robotics and Automation lab, Bosch Lab and other workshops conducted by this department such as Robotics workshop, Labview workshop and many more. Specialisation Offered in EEE/ECE: Power Electronics, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, DSP, Robotics And Automation, VLSI, and many more which helps to do more research in their field. Research: All the faculty members are really helpful for all aspects whether it is academics or any other. My friend's guide during his programme helped a lot in his research work and he published 2 International Conference Papers in IEEE-Explore.
