From second year onwards, one can choose two specializations as well from any of the given six specializations. You'll have 6 subjects and You'll have to take 3 subjects from each specialization.

Answering a bit late But it may help other students who are applying this year. NO CHANCES for merit-based admission. The cut-off last year was 95. But my friend scored 99 and still didn't get through. About 17000 people apply to SCMS, Pune itself. To be on the safe side, score anything above 110 and you may be assured of your admission. I got 120 last year and made it to the first list.
