Pros: It's definitely exciting to meet up with a lot of people. Especially for extroverts. It's a vibrant field wherein so many operational challenges need to be solved. So, no shortage of excitement. Helps you to make new connections. Event management can take you places. After all, getting exposure to new places is so much fun. You will have to be constantly on your toes thinking about what new concept/format to apply to entice audience, and engage audience. Remember, creative juices flow all time. Quite exciting.
