The fees of btech first year should be between 155k to 160k. placement of mechanical branch is nearly 70 to 75%.

It's better to go for top NITs for CS branch as doing in lower IITs is not gonna make you get placed in top companies and even CS is way better and has more scope than Electronics. So, Go with top NITs for CS.

For this you will have to visit admission cell at g.l bajaj. They will check if you can get admission through your GL rank.
Kindly visit GL bajaj as soon as possible.
