Hello Chidanand,
Normally, all open or distance universities have two sessions in a year. Jan to Jun & Jul to Dec. A student can commence his studies from any of these two sessions.

IMT, Ghaziabad is decent enough in Placements. Hostels are good enough. Average package you get is around 13.5 lacs. Safety is there for women Students. Kindly apply without any problem. Stay relaxed. Best regards.

Both are good B-School. IMT, Ghaziabad is better in terms of location, infrastructure, alumni network and others. IIM, Nagpur has just IIM tag nothing others.
