If you have done +2 with good marks, go for B.Tech rather than diploma as this could be better after 10th standard. Moreover, B.Tech has much more value than diploma.

I can't say about all other colleges but Sant Longowal is not as good as expected from a central government college. Gurukula Kangri is not a CO Educational Institute. Please check before filling your choice. SLIET is situated in Longowal, a village in Sangrur district. So please go to other colleges like JKIAPT and IIIT-Manipur because it has an IIIT tag. For my personal view, go to any other colleges but please don't come to SLIET. If there is no option and your JEE rank is not good and you hardly wish to take admission in a central government college then you may think about this college. Nope, there is no mechanical engineering branch in Jaypee Noida. But, Jaypee Guna (Sister university) offers this course.

It will be better to join G L Bajaj. Highest salary package was 16 lakhs. There is placement cell of MBA. Many companies like amazon visited our campus. You have lot of creative activities here. You have separate auditorium & many guest lectures are conducted.

As you have money, then you may go to SRM KTK campus but Jaypee University is much better than SRM, as it is placed in top 100 college list by NIRF ranking, so you must try in Jaypee University.
