Yes, BIMTECH, Noida is a good college. It has a good brand name and good placements track record. The average salary offered is around 7.4 lpa. The cut-off through CAT is around 70 percentile.

I guess, AMU is good for MBBS, and for B.Tech, there are other options also like NITs, IIITs, IITs, BITSAT, VIT, SRMM, MANIPAL & etc. You can go for them as well.
