Well, you have good placement opportunities after completing a law course from IMS law college Noida. The IMS group has some corporate firms which go upto 100 in numbers as their top recruiters which makes prospect for law graduates better as they get a chance to be considered for recruitment there. However, the college lies in NCR region thus face tough competitions in terms of recruitments and placements.
Even then you have good prospects in corporate firms if not law firms as they do not have law firms as their top recruiters. So chances there get lessened. However, you have options to choose amongst the number of corporate

The eligibility criteria for each postgraduate programmes offered at BHU is different. Candidates are to fulfill BHU PET 2018 eligibility criteria including academic criteria for minimum education qualification, minimum marks requirements for each programme. Well, Galgotias University is based in NCR and offers other courses apart from law as well.
However, placements for other courses such B.Tech, etc. are decent even though. You can't expect the law firms recruiting here. However, you may expect some of corporate firms and LPOs recruiting here though owing to the reputation based as a traditional university.
Also, it has an advantage of being based in NCR wherein you get ample opportunities for better exposure in terms of internships, etc.
However, till now, no law firms of tier1 or tier 2 has recruited here. Even tier 3 hasn't preferred it.

First of all, I think the fact that IMS Law College is comparatively new and a private college gives an edge to Faculty of law, Allahabad University which is a centralised government university. Now, let us discuss pros and cons of both colleges. Pros of Faculty of law, Allahabad University are the faculty and alumni basis which includes many chief justice of India and prominent lawyers. Another pro is the fact that you can intern with some phenomenally well lawyer in Allahabad high court and if you are going for litigation, it can be a good choice.
