I guess, AMU is good for MBBS, and for B.Tech, there are other options also like NITs, IIITs, IITs, BITSAT, VIT, SRMM, MANIPAL & etc. You can go for them as well.

The highest package offered as international placement last year for MBA IB at Birla Institute of Management Technology was Rs.26 LPA.
