MBA in MNNIT is a dual specialisation program which enables me to fetch the placement data of single specialisation. Moreover till now 60% of 2014-16 batch is placed on average package of 4.5 lacs p.a.

Various ranking agencies have their own methodology for assessing the data furnished by b-schools. However there are quiet many rankings where IBA is up and some where IMS is up. So ranking is not great basis to compare.
surely look for placements statistics, faculty, infra and alumni network. Check where the Alumni have reached after 4-5 years of exp. that will give you a perspective of how institute play a role in building career not just placements.
Even on sikhsha institute pages.u should find Alumni if they have done great job, if they have not done then might not be listed :)
Try and visit both if possible

Yes, it is compulsary that one has to stay in hostel if they are not staying around 15kms from college with parents. The rooms are comfortable for staying. If you want you can also opt for AC room.

Hi, It is the same Trust college , Bangalore being old is famous then the one in lavasa. and the average package to be claimed is 6lac.

HR is the flagship program and many opt for HR in XIME. As for BIMTECH i have no much idea, but finance here at XIME does well being the second best stream placement package wise behind marketing.

Hello,
Both colleges are good in its way. If we talk of placement welingar has average package of around 7.5 lpa while Bimtech has average package of 6.5 -7 lpa. Both college have close to 100% placement.
