For admission to a BSc course of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, it is necessary that the aspirants meet the course-specific eligibility requirements. Aspiranst who have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board in any stream with at least 45% aggregate are eligible for admission. Candidate must hold the relevant document for verification as well. Further, it must be noted that the mentioned aggregate is as per some unofficial sources. Hence, is indicative.

RMLAU BSc total course fee is cumulative of various components that are either one-time chargeable or payable annually/semesterly. A few of the component are tuition fee, hostel fee, and security deposit. Following the seat allotment, admission fee has to be paid for seat confirmation. The total tuition fees for the RMLAU BSc courses range between INR 18,000 and INR 4 lakh. and the hostel fee is INR 52,000. This given fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. English and Journalism are the two specialisations offered under the United University. The BA course is offered as an honor degree lasting for three years. The BA (Hons) curriculum is spread across six semesters and includes five compulsory subjects along with a few elective subjects in each semesters. Admission to the BA (Hons) course is merit and entrance-based. Yes, United University does offers scholarships for its BA course. The scholarships are offered in the form of financial assistance to meritorious students based on the score obtained in the Class 12 exam. To obtained the United University BA scholarships, candidates must be admitted to the BA programme officially. Candidates with 90% and above are awarded with INR 20,000 scholarships> INR 10,000 and INR 5,000 are awarded to students securing 80- 89.9% and 70 – 79.9%, respectively.
