No, Indian students or international students cannot pay SAT fee though EMI or through any part-payment option. Applicants have to pay full SAT fee in one go when registering for SAT exam on College Board's website.

NIT Uttarakhand JEE Main cutoff 2025 has been released for round 1. The cutoff was released for candidates belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the closing ranks in round 1 varied between 16717 and 43569. Among the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 5792 and 13623. Apart from General and OBC category, the cutoff was released for SC, ST, and other categories. Candidates can check all the information for NIT Uttarakhand JEE Main cutoff here.
