IISWBM offers pretty decent placements. There is a very active placement cell which involves both students and faculty members to look after the placements. The flagship course is worth the money because the ROI is met for a majority of the students. The average package offered was around 5 LPA to 5.5 LPA.

The Institute presently offers several Post Graduate degree programs under the University of Calcutta as well as the Ph D programme . The list includes MBA (D), MBA (E), MBA-HRM, MBA-Public Systems, Masters in Social Welfare and several Post Graduate Diploma programs namely in Sports Management, Media Management, Fire and Industrial Safety, Supply Chain Management, Executive Development programs etc.

Placements: IISWBM is one of the best B grade MBA college in India. Around 96% of students got placed last year in 2019. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA.

As a student of IISWBM, we should not disclose certain things to outside people. As I am giving out the details that's why I’m making myself anonymous.Let me give you a detail scenario:The Syllabus was not at all industry focused. Bookish Knowledge imparted to students.IMRB Kantar, ICICI Bank are the main recruiters. (Finance People= ICICI), Marketing= IMRB KANTAR

PS: Those who get into ICICI Bank leave their jobs within 6 months, hope you will understand.Some used to claim that the faculty members are knowledgeable and all, YES they are knowledgeable but they aren't fit for MBA.

Reason: They have bookish knowledge, they don’t provide industry knowledge.Placement: CTC is not the in hand salary (CTC/15) Roughly in hand

Fresher Average: 5 to 5.5 LPA

the highest: 12L (Amazon) If you have 2 years of Work Experience then only you can seat for the drive of Amazon. (HR Role)

PSU like UBI, BOI gives unpaid InternshipsIMRB KANTAR 10,000/ month.Kolkata region has very few corporate houses, that's why very few companies come for placements.Important Note: MBA aspirants who are planning for Finance & HR specialisation PLEASE AVOID IISWBM.HR: XISS, Ranchi.Finance: MDI Murshidabad.

Placements in IISWBM is 100% for most of the courses except for MBA ( evening ) course though it is a full time course but the college does not provide placement for the perticular course.Regarding this matter college is genuine about their records they do not mislead students or make any fake promises.

The biggest question is about the CTC offered while placements, whether it is fulfilling your ROI ( return on investment ).

The Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management is an Autonomous (Government aided) business school in Kolkata, India. The school is the first Management Institute in India and South East Asia to offer an MBA.Management degree programs are approved by AICTE.

And the PGs is almost good management for this institute . And hostels are available for this institute for any body can come him this college. These hostels are good infrastructure and facilities. Girls and boys are separated hostels room available and safe for this institute. Hostels are secure and maintenance.

PGs are almost good by degree programmer manage the study for the students are good knowledge for this environment.

Yes, there are some seat reservations at IIIT, Kalyani. These reservations are made for students from the following categories:

• Scheduled Castes (SC): 15% of the seats are reserved for students from SC communities.
• Scheduled Tribes (ST): 7.5% of the seats are reserved for students from ST communities.
• Other Backward Classes (OBC): 27% of the seats are reserved for students from OBC communities.
• PwD: 3% of the seats are reserved for students with disabilities.

In addition to these reservations, there are also some seats that are reserved for international students. These seats are offered through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
