The BA Hons course available in English /Education / History / Political Science / Psychology / Geography. A candidate wishing to apply for BA Honours must choose Honours subject from any ONE of the above and TWO Elective subjects from Groups I to VIII given below, (not taking more than one subject from each group as Honours / Elective subjects). So B.A. Hons is not available at Loreto College. However B.Sc. Hons course available in Economics, Geography and Psychology with two electives subjects. The eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Hons Economics is, A Pass in the Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination in FOUR recognised subjects of which one should be English in aggregate of 60% and Maths 60%. Hence Maths is mandatory here for B.Sc. Hons Economics.

The eligibility criteria of B.Com (Hons) - from Commerce Stream is given below. Educational qualification : Minimum 50% aggregate AND 45% in Accountancy or Related Subjects OR 55% in Accountancy or Related Subjects if aggregate below 50% but more than 45%. Additional criteria : Must have passed in English. Related Subjects: Accountancy, Business Economics including Business Mathematics, Business Organisation, Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Studies, Office and Secretarial Practice, Financial Accounting, Elements of Cost Accountancy and Auditing, Book Keeping, Commerce, Cost Accountancy & Principal of Management, Commercial Law and Preliminaries of Auditing, Costing and Taxation. So if you have taken accountancy then Math is not necessary at Shri Shikhshayatan College.
