You have to give NATA for getting admission in B. Arch college or you can apply for VIT or KIIT for architect or simply go to any other country by giving IELTS. I will recommend you to go to Germany.

Yes, you can give SSC CGL and WBCS exam after completing your BCA from any institute. The eligibility for these exam is graduation only. Good luck.
