Selection basis:
Level-1: For interview on the basis of merit considering the academic performance.
Level-2: For enrolment-on the basis of merit considering the academic performance, performance in the interview and co-curricular excellence.

I don't know about cut-off, but I'd suggest not to take B.Sc in mass communication in St. Xaviers, because I am currently a student of Media Science and a former Xaviers student suggested me not to go for it, because it is not good and less importance is being given in college about this course.

Maybe, you can take papers like EVS as subject combination with Geography which helps you to even have a deeper understanding.

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English.
