I don't know about cut-off, but I'd suggest not to take B.Sc in mass communication in St. Xaviers, because I am currently a student of Media Science and a former Xaviers student suggested me not to go for it, because it is not good and less importance is being given in college about this course.

Maybe, you can take papers like EVS as subject combination with Geography which helps you to even have a deeper understanding.

60% marks in class 12th is required with mandatory subjects.
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English.
The candidates are also required to clear WBJEE.

The eligibility is as below:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with special aptitude in Vocal Music from a recognized board. If you fulfill this eligibility, then you can apply for the course.
