English and Maths are the two compulsory subjects you must have in order to get into St Xavier's College, Kolkata!
sorry to say, you won't get admitted without maths.

The fee structure of all colleges will vary according to the college to college it's depend on the amenities and the system of college and price college are much more expensive, then other govt college. The fee of this course is nearly 30k per sem.

Haldia Institute of Technology has got better ones. We have companies like - Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra and Byju's. Also, there are packages of 5 & 8 lakhs too if you're an awesome coder.

Yes, MAT is acceptable, but not in MBA course, you can apply for various other courses though.

It used to give good placements, now it's placements are getting deteriorated every year. So it's an advice to talk to the placements head of the college about the profiles they could attract before getting admission. Only few of the total students get good profile. Rest of the students suffer with the profiles they are provided with.
