Well, there are institutes, which gives you admission even though you have less than 50% marks. But, most of the top B-School in India have the eligibility criteria, as minimum 50% marks in graduation. So, it is hard to get any top B-School.

Yes, for B.Ed, there are regular classes as it is a full-time course. As you are a working, I would suggest you go for distance/correspondence course through colleges like IGNOU.

No, you cannot. Calcutta University or Jadavpur University doesn't allow a Masters unless you have a honors degree. However, you can try distance education in mass communication.
