Hi,
MA/M.Sc. or BA (Hons)/ B.Sc. (Hons) with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks is required for B.Ed. So, you can apply.

If your college is NAAC accredited, then it's fine. It's excellent when there's an accreditation as it adds extra values to your profile.

I'm sorry to say but its placement is in a very poor condition. People in the electrical department didn't get placed well this year. Only a few got placed.

Generally, anyone having completed their schooling in the science stream is eligible to study anthropology in college. To be a professional anthropologist one has to qualify B.Sc in anthropology. The minimum qualification for B.Sc in anthropology is 10+2 pass with science subjects.
Since you have not studied anthropology in B.Sc so you might not be eligible.

No, not every time, you can take admission in private colleges under WBUT if you are outsider. They may ask for it during admission time if they think it is needed but not for all. Brochure of this college may lead you better. But I think you should apply for domicile in your block. It will hardly take 15 days or a few more.
