You cannot get seats in IIT on the basis of Jee Mains rank. You have to clear JEE Advanced to get IIT. Seats in NITs are given on the basis of JEE Mains score, but your rank is very low, your chances are less of getting NITs, but you can get colleges of your state. yes you can apply. after doing 12th from science stream, you can apply for almost every graduation program.

You may get the top IIIT but getting the IIT through JEE Main is difficult because IIT is allotted to those only who have secured a good marks in JEE Advanced .
So in my opinion you definitely get the IIIT but hope for the best so that you can get the IIT. Try for JEE Advanced so that you can get the IIT by that .
