Hello Saheli,
I think you are right. MA in mass communication is not available in Jadavpur University. There are many disciplines in which MA is available but not in MC. I am attaching a link that tells us the same story but you can ring up and find out from the numbers given.

You need to know the cut-off for your university in which you want to get admitted, then study accordingly.

Hello Akash,
Admissions to UG courses in arts faculty are based on combination of common entrance test and marks obtained in 12th. But if you want to ensure admission then you should try to score as much as possible in HS. However, exact answer to your query is difficult to give since this information about last year also is not available.

Hello Joy,
Admission process for session 2018-19 will be online only. It is still not available but expected to be up & running from last week of April. With the marks that you are mentioning you will be eligible but admissions are based on entrance exam. Keep lookout for announcements of dates for different events.

Hello Sourav,
Unfortunately, the website of Viswabharati is not updated and shows status of year 2017. But information from other sources reveal that entrance exams are normally held in the month of June. It is hoped that soon the webpage would be updated and will display all required information.
