Your 12th marks don't matter for admission to Christ for BBA in hotel management and the eligibility is pass in all subjects of class 10th and 12th without any back or supplementary papers. You can easily apply and get admission only if you clear personal interview for the course.

As a civil engineer I would suggest you to go with part time course instead of distance.
