If you had gone through previous Q&A regarding the subject you would have got your answer. Anyway, I must tell you that this is not a individual course. Journalism is an ancillary subject offered with few other courses like the BA Hons. courses; English, Bengali, Pol. Sc., Sociology and most importantly with BSc in Mass Communication & Videography.
If you want to study Journalism you can opt any of the above-mentioned courses.
After passing XII you can apply online through the college website, sxccal.edu.

The eligibility criteria for BMS is pretty simple. As you have maths in your +2, you are eligible to apply. You need 60% in your aggregate which will be calculated with two compulsory subject's marks, English & Maths and marks of two other subjects. It will be out of 400.
No one actually can tell you the required percentage to get admission. There will be an admission test too.
