As per the IIIT Kalyani cutoff 2025, the cutoff score for M.Tech courses has been declared for all categories and rounds. M.Tech cutoff 2025, for M.Tech. in VLSI and Embedded Systems, was 354 as per the last round for the General AI quota. For the OBC AI quota, the last round cutoff score for the same course was 342.
