1st one is more better than EE, because electrical engineering has more job opportunities as compared to electronics & communication engineering.I am telling you this thing because I am an ECE graduate and I know EE is better.

Techno Salt lake is a well established institute and ranks 6.8/10 for its quality education and ROI. The placement cell is very good. The placement record have been very good for a long time. Every year almost 95% students get placed in different companies. Although IT industry is the main recruiter. Big companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgimini recruit students.
