I think mechanical engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology is a better option but marine engineering takes long. If you go for marine engineering, you go through a long process like interviews, medical checkups. After doing your B.Tech from Heritage, I think you should have to prepare for GATE for M.Tech or you do one more thing which is to start your GATE coaching in the very 1st-semester to last. After doing 4- years of preparation, you will get IIT for M.Tech easily.

Hello Abhishek,
Since IIEST-Shibpur comes under JEE counselling, you need to have at least 75% in board exams or 65% (if you belong to SC, ST or PWD). There is another condition also that is, you need to be in the top 20 percentile (you need to be in the top 20% of students from your board) if you are not having 75% or 65%.
Unless you satisfy these conditions, you are not eligible.

There is MBA in Health Care Management, not specifically related to nutrition and fitness. As you graduated in electronics engineering, you can look for other specializations like financial engineering, data science or operations management.
