As per your college choices, it will be better for you to move forward with CSE at Sant Longowal because colleges in Kolkata are not very much known for their exposure and placements, so opt for Longowal for better exposure and placements.

You may get admission in an architecture college with this score as a score of 90+ is considered in NATA to get admission in B.Arch in various Govt. colleges. Check the available colleges and attend NATA counselling. Best of luck!

Sorry but admission in Jadavpur University is done through WBJEE score. You need to clear WBJEE with a good score. As you have SC category you need to get a rank under top 8000 to get admission in Jadavpur University through WBJEE.

Yes, you can don't worry about this just prepare for UPSC exams as student graduated from any course which is equivalent to graduation are eligible for giving UPSC exams.

For admission into MBBS in government medical college through State Quota counselling your score should be more than 450 for general category. Below this score your chances are average.
