You may prefer Shiksha college predictor.
In our country people truly believe in IIT's and NIT's for B.Tech and its placements.
But due to downfall these are also losing position.
Apart from these some private college BITS, SRM, NIRMA,VIT,SKIT Jaipur are getting high value.

Yes, you can pursue MBBS even after having a 3 years gap in education. But you have to appear the common entrance examination- NEET. And also make sure that you fulfil all the eligibility criteria.
