For getting admission into MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should be less than 500 in general category. For reserved category, this should be 400.

Its difficult to get admission into government medical college at this score. For government medical colleges your score should be 350+.

Fee structure for MBBS varies greatly. For Government colleges its around 30000. But for private colleges it varies from 4 lacs to 15 lacs.

IIEST is a national institution, A 160 year's old heritage.
Of course, IIEST's CSE is good, many students got selected in Google summer of code,
Linux foundation and international internships.
You cannot compare it with LNMIIT.

Yes, there is a scope of admission in metallurgy or civil Engineering in IIEST as per your stated rank.
But, CSE, IT, Mechanical, Electrical, is not possible as per previous Cutoff.
But, IIEST's mining and metallurgy is really good.
It has large scope of research and facilities in IIEST.

As per your marks, you cannot get admitted to the institutions you mentioned. But, as per previous year trends, you cannot get admitted into IIEST or BIT, Mesra.
