Hi,
The comparison is tough. Jadavpur is a government college and VIT is a private college. If you want to get admission in Jadavpur then you have to score a rank between 1-500 in WBJEE which is tougher than VIT.
The fees of VIT is higher than Jadavpur College but faculty is good in both the institutes.
Overall, if you are getting Jadavpur then go for it and if you want to go in a private college then VIT is the best.
