I assume you mean MBBS. I suppose you can get admission in pvt. medical colleges because most of them are only concerned with how much you are willing to pay up rather than your marks
One small advice though, getting into a medical college is still easy but passing out is not.you need to be extremely hard working, focused and capable of studying and working for long hours. So assess yourself really objectively and take into consideration your family's opinions too before taking the plunge. Good luck!

At present, it can't be said about cutoff. But, you must know that IIT - Kharagpur is under top 4 IIT. So, aim high, you will definitely score high.

Hi Ishita,
I am an English Honors graduate as well and nothing brings me more pleasure than to inform you about the wise decision you're planning to take after this. Advertising is a booming sector and has a lot to offer to aspirants like you.
Apart from the top colleges you've mentioned, there are few other colleges which are widely known for their cutting edge curriculum in advertising that helps you meet the challenges for growing in the field of advertising. Here is the list of them:
1) XIC, Mumbai (Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai)
2) ISBM, Pune ( International School of Business and Media, Pune)
3) Asian College of Journali

Go for a pan Indian college, this would let you experience the diversity and would make a more comprehensive understanding of what education and learning is all about. Don't limit yourself for West Bengal only.
