Candidates who have completed Class 12 with Science, Mathematics, and English from a recognised board are eligible fora BSc in Data Science at NSHM Durgapur. The duration of the course ranges from three to four years. To complete the BSc admission candidates must fill up the online application form. NSHM Business School, Durgapur BSc eligibility criteria vary across the different specialisations offered under the course. The common elgibility crieria for the BSc course requires candidates to have Class 12 in any stream from a recognised board and candidates appearing for the Class 12 final are also eligible. As for the BSc in Nursing, requires candidates to complete the Class 12 from any recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (50% for General, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, General PWD 45% and ST/SC/OBC 40%).

Candidates seeking admission to the BTech course at NSHM Knowledge Campus Durgapur cannot get direct admission in any of the programme. Candidates are mandatorily required to appear for the entrance examination followed by the Personal Interview (for some courses). For NSHM Durgapur BTech admission it accepts WBJEE and JEE (main) exam scores. Whereas, for the BTech lateral entry admission candidates must qualify JELET exam. The fees for BTech at NSHM Knowledge Campus Durgapur range from INR 1.9 Lacs - INR 5.3 lakh. The fees might range as per the BTech specialisations offered by the campus. Students are required to pay the NSHM Durgapur BTech fees after completing the entire admission process. Once candidates receive the selection letter via email they are required to pay the BTech fees to finalise their admisson.

The most competitive course as per the cutoff was BTech in Data Science, with the cutoff rank of 87541, for the General AI category candidates. The least competitive course for the same was BTech in CSE, with the cutoff rank of 109845.
