In addition, the students with 80% and above aggregate in Class 12 (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards) are exempted from the selection process. Further, depending upon the BTech specialisation, the candidate should have studied particular subjects in class 12, such as Physics, Chemistry, and Maths (PCM) or Biology (PCB). Amity University Kolkata offers merit-based admission to most of the UG courses. For courses like BTech and BArch, admission is entrance exam-based. Hence, JEE Main/ Amity JEE exam scores are acceptable for admission to BTech programmes and NATA for BArch. However, the final selection of the students is based on merit/ entrance exam scores followed by an English Language Test and GDPI.

The application fee for various UG and PG courses offered at Amity University Kolkata is INR 1,100. The application fee is payable online via a debit/ credit card or net banking. Only after the submission of the fee, an application is successfully submitted. Candidates must also keep the fee submission receipt copy.

Yes, admission is open. The online application for 2023 is available on the university website (amity.edu). Moreover, the important dates for Amity JEE 2023 will be announced soon. CAT 2022 results has been announced on Dec 21. In addition, MAT IBT Feb 2023 exam will be conducted from Feb 11 to Feb 25.
