Yes, just like a domestic student international students can apply for Early Decision for scholarship at Columbia University. However, some international students may fall out of the ‘need-blind’ scholarship category despite of excellent academic record. In such cases, those students will be deferred to Regular Decisions so that Committee on Admissions may review the entire global applicant pool.
