Here are some top courses that one may do after 12th Commerce-
B.Com.– stands for Bachelor of Commerce. Generally a 3 years long course.
B.B.A.– stands for Bachelor of Business Administration. 3 years long course.
B.M.S.– stands for Bachelor of Management Science. 3 years long course.
C.A.– stands for Chartered Accountancy. Duration depends on how you take training and clear exams.
Integrated Law course. Duration is 5 years. It is a combination of General Graduation course and L.L.B.

After completing your 12 with commerce you have a lot of options to go for. You have B.Com, BBA, BCA or BBA-MBA etc at this stage. It solely depends on your future plans and interest that which one you go for. If you want to be in management and administration than BBA will be a good option otherwise for finances and accounting B.Com is a good option. Along with this you need to select a good university with good placements and rankings to kick start your career well. Some suggestions -

If you mean software learning, yes you can do it as computer programming can be done by anyone. it might not be possible for you to take a degree like bca without maths but languages like C++,JAVA, Python etc can be learnt.
For hardware too, you may be allowed to take diplomas.
