6 months is more than enough to complete the syllabus of bseb 12th commerce syllabus. Just you need is consistency and concentration. After completing the syllabus
Practise more and more questions of accountancy on daily basis and solve previous year question papers and practise from sample paper. Just give 1 hours to economics 1 hours to business studies and 2 hours to accountancy.

Yes, you can still study nursing even if you have completed your 10+2 in commerce stream. You need to do a Diploma course for 2 years, called Auxiliary Midwifery Nurse (AMN). You can join various nursing courses after completing this 2 year Diploma course.
