Hello Aspirant, yes there no issue, you can definitely change your stream from commerce to arts but think about it twice as you'll be wasting a lot of time but if your keen about building a career into arts then you can do it. Just inform your principal and the authorities in the staff and proceed with the formalities and there you go. Hope this helps
